Created to help with the postpartum period. Our Herbal Sitz bath helps with swelling, inflammation, and mild pain after the baby is born. Perfect for use with any peri bottle to rinse your vaginal area after you use the bathroom or add to your bath water (1 cup of liquid) for the first bath with your baby. We use a blend of Comfrey Leaf, Lavender Flowers, Plantain Leaf, Red Raspberry Leaf, Yarrow Flower, Calendula Flowers, Shepherd’s Purse, Uva Ursi Leaf, and equal parts of epsom and himalayan salts. All blends are created with the intention to bring healing to the birthing parent and child. We use organic and wild crafted herbs for our blend that are then Reiki blessed and tuned with singing bowls. Each order comes with 2- 4oz pouches of the sitz bath and care instructions.
